It is hard to balance between work and family but I think that is also not a reason that woman cant work. The most important is a woman as a wife need to realize their responsible and follow the Islam guide when we are working beside that, we can’t ignore our responsibility to husband and children. I admit in my country, have problems about women to balance their work and family for example, children will be neglected, divorce will cause bad moral behavior among children
